When you place a booking to stay at Hall Farm House (“we” or “our” or “us”) you agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out on this page. Please read these carefully. These terms and conditions may be amended or updated from time to time.

 

Price & Payment

Rooms are based on 2 guests per room however, please call us if you require single occupancy and we will do our utmost to accommodate you.  If you are traveling as a family, our back double bedroom can be converted into a family room for your convenience.

Payment can be by cheque or online banking.  Any balance can be paid when departing either by cash, online banking or card payment.

Using FreeToBook

The deposit for the room is equal to the price of one night's stay. This ensures your reservation and helps us prepare for your arrival.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel for any reason, please reach out to us as soon as possible via phone or email. We will do our best to process your reimbursement, provided that we can arrange an alternative booking for that time. 

 

Arriving At Hall Farm House

Please give an approximate time of your arrival to enable us to prepare your room.  In the unlikely event your room isn't ready, guests can leave their luggage by prior arrangement.

Departing Hall Farm House

Please ensure you check out of your room by 10:30 AM on the day of your departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made. Thank you for your cooperation.

 

Parking

Enjoy the convenience of free parking available in the yard at the rear of Hall Farm House. If you'd like to take one last stroll before you leave, feel free to leave your car on the premises for that time.

 

Damages Or Breakages

Unfortunately, accidents can and do happen.  Please advise us of any breakages at your earliest convenience.  We do not normally seek recompense unless obvious damage is caused.

Antisocial Behaviour

We kindly ask that you be mindful of other guests who may be enjoying a peaceful stay. Your consideration helps ensure a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

 

Smoking

There is no smoking allowed anywhere in the house. There are linked smoke detectors fitted to all rooms and communal areas for your safety. The use of vape pens is also not permitted while inside the residence.

 

Children & Young People

We welcome children to stay with us as part of a family booking. Please remember to bring any necessary equipment needed for their comfort during your stay, as we are unable to provide a travel cot.

 

Dogs

We are pleased to accommodate one well-behaved dog during your stay. We kindly ask that you do not leave your dog unattended in the room, except during breakfast hours, and please keep them out of the dining room for the comfort of all our guests.

Accidents happen, and if they do, we appreciate your efforts in cleaning up and informing us. Please note that we reserve the right to address any damages caused by your furry friend. Enjoy your stay!
