Annette and Fraser are wonderful hosts, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in their lovely home. An excellent breakfast every morning with home produced preserves, eggs from their chickens and really tasty home made bread - a perfect start to the day!! Our lovely room had a really comfortable bed and beautiful scenery on the doorstep just waiting to be explored. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect base for us to explore Litton and the surrounding area in the Peak District. Annette was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. The breakfast was a particularly good way to start the day, we really felt they went above and beyond here. We would definitely stay again.

From booking to leaving, everything was perfect. Bed linen lovely, lots of extras in the bathroom, lovely clean fluffy towels, bathrobes and slippers. Lots of teas, coffee etc. Would definitely recommend and return.

A fabulous b&b deserving full marks. Annette was the perfect host and immediately made us feel welcome and at home. We had a spacious twin room with its own large private bathroom down the corridor. The beds and pillows were very comfortable ensuring a good nights sleep.Breakfast was superb and plentiful with home made jams and eggs from their own hens. There was also toast available.
